In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the okebey Platform, registering an Account, or using any okebey service — including browsing, depositing, playing, or withdrawing — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okebey Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the okebey Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and okebey.

To create and maintain an okebey Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account. This age requirement is a legal requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is strictly enforced by okebey.
2. You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You must be accessing the Platform from the Philippines or from a jurisdiction in which accessing and using online gaming services is not prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling.
5. You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or affiliate of okebey, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless okebey has provided express written consent.
6. You must not be self-excluded from okebey or from any gaming operator, or subject to any legally imposed exclusion from gambling activities.
7. You must have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.

okebey reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account and withholding of Wallet balances pending investigation.

Each Player may register only one (1) Account with okebey. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, device, IP address, GCash number, or financial instrument — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You further agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. okebey will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other online services.
• Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify okebey immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

okebey reserves the right to suspend Accounts where there is reasonable suspicion of identity fraud, Account sharing, or breach of these registration requirements, pending investigation and verification.

okebey accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All deposits are credited to your okebey Wallet in PHP.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction in the okebey cashier. okebey reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed and reflected in your Wallet immediately or within a few minutes of a confirmed transaction.
• Bank transfer deposits may take longer to reflect depending on the processing timelines of the respective financial institution.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• okebey does not charge fees on deposits; however, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

okebey reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, okebey will notify you in accordance with its legal obligations.

Withdrawal requests may only be made by the registered Account holder to a payment method registered in the same name as the okebey Account. okebey does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Standard GCash withdrawals submitted via the okebey cashier are processed within 1 to 2 hours of a confirmed request, subject to the conditions below. This processing time applies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Philippine public holidays.

• Only Real Money balances are withdrawable. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as detailed in Section 7.
• A minimum account verification level may be required before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance requirements under Philippine law.
• okebey reserves the right to request proof of identity and source of funds before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for larger amounts.
• Withdrawal processing times for BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers may be longer than GCash, depending on the respective bank's processing schedule.
• okebey shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or force majeure events.

From time to time, okebey may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to these Terms and the specific terms and conditions of each individual promotion, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

The following general conditions apply to all okebey bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement, specified in the relevant promotion terms, before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Failure to meet wagering requirements before attempting withdrawal will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. okebey reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, and to exclude specific Players from promotional offers without obligation to provide reasons.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: okebey actively monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings where bonus abuse, coordinated wagering, or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically.

All games available on the okebey Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

okebey operates live dealer games and electronic gaming machines (including slots) using certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers. okebey does not control game outcomes and cannot reverse results once a round has concluded, except in cases of verified technical malfunction.

• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, okebey's decision regarding the outcome — based on server logs and game provider records — shall be final.
• okebey reserves the right to void bets placed erroneously or at prices manifestly incorrect due to technical or human error.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before commencing gameplay. okebey is not liable for losses arising from poor connectivity on the Player's end.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okebey Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Creating more than one okebey Account (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 3.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers, or any other technological tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing cards in live table games or coordinating bets.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate any criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a way that provides an unintended advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported and will be subject to review.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits in bad faith after using the deposited funds for gaming.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without authorisation.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okebey staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the okebey Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, animations, sounds, interface designs, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of okebey or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of okebey.

okebey collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

okebey complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

okebey is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates within the responsible gaming framework of the Philippine gaming ecosystem. Gaming on the okebey Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should never be viewed as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

okebey provides the following tools to help Players manage their gaming activity responsibly:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications may be configured to alert Players when they have been active for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request self-exclusion for a specified period or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Player's Account will be suspended and no deposits will be accepted.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session pop-ups reminding Players of their net gaming position and session duration.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okebey, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the okebey Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services.
• Technical failures, system errors, or data loss not caused by okebey's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from gambling outcomes, including game results that are unfavourable to you.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, okebey's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by okebey's negligence.

okebey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspected money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity of the Account for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting okebey support. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money balance remaining in your Wallet will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and identity verification.

Accounts terminated for breach of these Terms may have Wallet balances withheld pending investigation. If investigations confirm a breach, okebey may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and okebey, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through formal legal channels under Philippine law.

okebey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okebey will endeavour to notify registered Players via the Platform, email, or other reasonable means prior to the amendments taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the okebey Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendments take effect.
